Second Piloting Sessions Conducted within Erasmus+ EMPOWER Project at BSPI
Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute (BSPI) successfully conducted 2nd piloting training sessions within the framework of the Erasmus+ EMPOWER project (Empowering Women for Entrepreneurship). These sessions were organized as part of the institute’s ongoing efforts to promote gender equality, enhance entrepreneurial competencies, and support women’s active participation in socio-economic life.
The piloting sessions brought together young professionals, and academic staff who are interested in developing their entrepreneurial skills. The trainings were delivered using LMS-based modules, ensuring an interactive and technology-enhanced learning experience. Participants were introduced to key concepts of entrepreneurship, including business planning, leadership, financial literacy, and overcoming gender-related barriers in the labor market.
The sessions were facilitated by Mrs. Bakhronova Matluba and Mrs. Dildora trained academic staff of BSPI, who applied modern approaches. Special attention was given to creating an inclusive and supportive business environment where participants could actively engage, share ideas, and develop practical skills.
Through these piloting activities, BSPI demonstrated its strong institutional capacity to implement innovative educational practices and international project initiatives. More than 30 participants were actively involved in the training sessions, reflecting a high level of interest in entrepreneurship and self-development among women.
The successful implementation of these sessions marks an important step toward strengthening the role of higher education institutions in empowering women and fostering sustainable development at both local and national levels.
BSPI remains committed to continuing its participation in the EMPOWER project and further expanding opportunities for women’s education, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
